With this additional service available to our customers, we can now rightly call ourselves the “Premier Preparation and Coating Application Company in Ireland”. We now believe that we the most highly qualified company in Ireland to provide the most cost effective, efficient, and above all safest access solution for surface preparation and coating projects.

We have enlisted the skill set of Dermot O’Brien, a man with over 10 years experience in the industrial painting and blasting industry to bring this service up to the standard which we want to deliver to our customers. With his vast experience in the industrial service arena and our ISO accreditation, Zinc Processors Limited t/a Shannonside Coatings understanding of the requirements for cost effective solutions for all your surface preparation and coating requirements is unparalleled.

Blast Cleaning projects can be executed both on-site and in our off-site facilities where appropriate for an extensive range of applications including process and storage equipment, pipework and structural steel, tank linings, and floors, walls, ceilings and roofs.

Led by our Production Manager, Mr. Dermot O’Brien, we are equipped to abrasively clean all steel items in his bespoke blast room with the very latest in blast room technology, to Swedish Standards, SA1, SA2 and SA3. Our fully trained personnel can handle all aspects of projects including material handling, abrasive cleaning, coating applications and quality control requirements, to ensure conformance to customer specifications in a safe and timely manner.
